Welcome to Maisonata. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website maisonata.com) and any services or products we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or purchasing through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • Payment must be made through the methods provided on the Site. We do not consider an Order confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We will ship Products to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

  • Until you (or your nominated carrier) take physical possession of the Product, risk of loss and title remain with us. Once you have the Product, you bear all risk of damage or loss.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Our return/cancellation/refund policy is as set out separately on the Site (in the Returns Policy section).

  • If you request cancellation of an Order after it has been processed/shipped, or return a used Product, we may apply restocking, shipping or handling charges.

  • We may refuse returns or refunds for Products that are damaged through your fault, opened where hygiene prevents resale (e.g., sealed cosmetic items), or otherwise not in the condition we require.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
