Welcome to Maisonata. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website Maisonata and any purchase of products from our store (collectively, the “Services”). 4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We will arrange for Products to be delivered to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will endeavour to meet delivery estimates but are not liable for delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or your nominated carrier) take possession of the Products.

  • If you believe a parcel has been tampered with, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Our return/refund/cancellation policy is set out on our website. Please review it carefully.

  • Unless otherwise stated, Products must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, and within the timeframe we specify.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for Products that are damaged, used, missing components, or sealed items opened contrary to hygiene or safety regulations (especially for beauty/skincare items).

  • In the event of cancellation by you, we may apply cancellation charges or withhold certain amounts as permitted by law.
